Everyone that I came in contact with at Big Box was GREAT! None of my belongings were damaged at any point in time. The same gentleman , Dave, picked up my box and also dropped it off when I needed it back. Dave was courteous and helpful. The two gentlemen that came out to help me unload and place my furniture were courteous, efficient, and very helpful! If I ever needed storage again, I would use Big Box again.

Erick arrived right on time, at the very start of the delivery window, which was great. He called beforehand to confirm that our two boxes were ready to be picked up. He was careful not to leave forklift tire marks on our driveway, and the entire pick up was quick and easy.

The unit kept everything dry and safe through several significant rainstorms and we really appreciate that, since we stored many books and treasures until our move was complete.
