The drop off was scheduled for a time frame of 8am - Noon. It was delayed and I did not receive a call from anyone. I needed to leave by 12:30 so I called the office. They apologized and gave my account a credit for the delay. The driver called me shortly and I explained where I would like the boxes placed and how the doors would need to open. I advised him that my neighbor would be there if he had questions. I was put off by his response (a bit rude). However, I was pleasantly surprised that the two boxes were perfectly placed in my driveway when I arrived back home. The pick up was scheduled and this was a much better experience than the drop off. I scheduled for another box to be delivered and this time the customer service was excellent. The driver called to let me know the boxes were delivered. He made sure that the way he placed the box in the driveway was how I would like it...
