I had Dan as the driver for my big box drop-off, and he was great! He was professional, on time, and really went the extra mile to help me move my things. Dan handled everything carefully and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. His friendly attitude made the whole process so much easier. I truly appreciate his help!

Great service, Box delivered when requested. Driver placed in the exact location I wanted which was not easy. Driver who picked it up
skillfully extracted it. Both drivers very courteous and personable and kept me updated on delivery and pickup.
I have been doing business with Big Box for several years and I highly recommend them.

I love Big Box Storage because I liked the practical method of having a box delivered to my home and then being able to easily access it later. I liked the security too since it was always locked up in a secure location after I accessed. Lastly, the staff was very informative and pleasant.

I liked the idea of your picking up and delivering. I think that you are engaging in false advertising - your trucks have huge signs that say free delivery. But, it is not. You charged me $99 for the delivery back to my home. Your wording should read: Free delivery to pick up your items. Charge for the return.
But do you really want to hear that?
Your drivers were good.
Your office people did not respond to my idea of having a supervisoir explain to me why I was charged for delivery for the return of my storage items.
