It’s been a few months since I used big box and I kept forgetting to post about Dan. He is the one who delivered the boxes, and I was so happy when he was the one who picked them up. Such a kind man , respectful, easy to interact with, answered my questions, and explained various different things to me where I understood. Thank you Dan.

Everyone that I came in contact with at Big Box was GREAT! None of my belongings were damaged at any point in time. The same gentleman , Dave, picked up my box and also dropped it off when I needed it back. Dave was courteous and helpful. The two gentlemen that came out to help me unload and place my furniture were courteous, efficient, and very helpful! If I ever needed storage again, I would use Big Box again.

Erick arrived right on time, at the very start of the delivery window, which was great. He called beforehand to confirm that our two boxes were ready to be picked up. He was careful not to leave forklift tire marks on our driveway, and the entire pick up was quick and easy.

Big Box Storage really delivered!! No pun intended.. Dan, the delivery driver was great and made sure that the box was set up and ready to utilize. The unit kept everything dry and safe through several significant rainstorms and we really appreciate that, since we stored many books and treasures until our move was complete.
