What I found exceptional !!!! with Big Box is their flexibility in allowing me to change dates, of delivery and pick up!, Unfortunately, for me... I had to change it several times because of the predicament that the buyer of my house put me in! I would have been in a very bad situation, if Big Box had not changed the dates.
