The company was affordable & would quickly deliver the box at short notice & pick up whatever day you like. The fee was $100 & made things a lot easier. In general, storing over many years can become a difficult issue. I suggest getting your stuff out ASAP and avoid years of fees.

I had a wonderful experience storing my items with Big Box. I was able to access the boxes as needed which was a huge plus. The facility where the boxes are stored was always clean when I visited and the items I had in storage did not incur any damage whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Big Bix storage and would use them again In the future.

I am a fairly new customer with Big Box Storage (1yr) and use them for holiday decor storage. They have been so fantastic! It has really been so much more convenient than having a storage unit which we have had for numerous (countless!) years before discovering Big Box. I really need special circumstances for our situation since we don’t have a driveway and they have been super helpful and flexible with accommodating my drop off and pick up. THANK YOU! I have recommended to so many people!!
