What I really appreciate it from BIG BOX Storage was they were flexible. Unfortunately I had to keep changing the date that I needed the 2 Pods delivered... and also same happened for picking it up. The staff were very supportive and understanding and made it less stressful for me.!!

My experience with Big Box has been the easiest part of our move. Booked online, had a follow up phone call for details and everything went smoothly. Dropped off and picked up when they said they would. I expect the redeliver to go the same.

This was my first experience with Big Box. We had a very expensive rented storage shed ($550/mo), so we loaded it on a truck and brought it to the house. They offered to take the box to the shed and then pick it up, but the facility wouldn't allow this.
We ended up renting three boxes, and have now finished emptying one of them.
Everybody we dealt with, from the people in the office to the drivers, has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

Excellent experience working with big box storage. From calling in customer service extremely knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling and delivery. Very accommodating. Delivery by Dan was excellent. He had perfect placement on the driveway of storage containers and was knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend. Is it for drop off and pick up an access of belongings as well.

Ben made it easy to order and offered great advice regarding how many boxes to use. The ordering process could not have been better- he knew his stuff. Dan dropped off for us. He called ahead and was also really knowledgeable. He helped determine the best box placement to make loading efficient. Overall, working with Big Box was smooth and time efficient. I’ll definitely be working with them for future projects.

What a pleasant experience in the stress of moving and so much change.
