A+ service! We received a reminder text, then a call 20 min before box delivery. Dez was kind and professional as he reminded us of how to use the box, and he brought a lock as we requested. He gave us a window for pick up and called 20 min before arrival. We are so impressed w/ Big Box service and look forward to getting our things back in 6 months post construction. Very easy and hassle free. When I originally called, the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The delivery was made as scheduled. I decided to keep it longer than I planned, and again no problems. When I was finished , I simply called and they scheduled an appointment. I received a call before the driver arrived. I didn't have to be home. They only requested an empty container and access to the property. I won't hesitate to use them again if needed. Read more >
