Overall, a very professional experience. The initial quote/designer went through our needs, made suggestions but was also not pushy about certain add ons. Although the overall build went a little over schedule, the crews coming and going were quite good. They provided a point of contact for any questions, concerns and issues along the way. After getting 3 quotes from different companies, we have decided to go with the basement builders because they seemed to really know exactly what they were doing, and were able to provide all the features we would like for our basement, not to mention having creative recommendations.

Murray, our coordinator was always on-point, explained every single step of the way, communicated very clearly of what to expect for coming days.
