Basement Builders

I am writing during year two of our warranty with Basement Builders. So far, every time we have had a crack or a door shift, Murray has been on top of it, getting someone in quickly to repair any issues as needed.

Last Sunday, we suddenly had water pooling between out vinyl floor boards in the basement. Normally this would have put me into an absolute panic, but the fact that the vinyl flooring Kristin had helped us track down is waterproof and that it didn't have an underlay meant we were safe from major floor damage. (We have had issues with water leaking into floors in the past and that fear never really leaves you).

The other major reason for not panicking is because Basement Builders has come back every single time to resolve even the smallest issue so I trusted without a doubt they would come back for this. I called Murray on that Sunday. Despite...

From the start to the finish the whole team was aces to work with. The project has been seamless and done with professionalism from the trades to the office staff and the design team. It has been a pleasure to work with the whole team on this project.

Basement builders from start to completion of the project have been great in terms of professionalism, competence and thoroughness. We had a great experience with Basement Builders. They were great to coordinate with, and made our basement renovations an easy thing to check off the list. You can tell they've done this many many times, everything ran like a well-oiled machine. We were surprised we had to be out one night & day due to some material they were spraying, but that could have been our fault for not realizing/listening/grasping. They got the project done quickly - on time and on budget. They helped us coordinate financing too. 10/10 would recommend!

Quality of work is superb .staff very helpful and understanding , work done on time very pleased I choose them.only thing to mention that there may be extra charges for items not in the online selection and you are bound to what available in style show home ( if your home completed and you want it matching ) Murray 👍
