Absolutely terrible experience!
The crew arrived late every single day.
They left nails and debris all over my yard.
The roof still leaks after “repairs.”
Customer service stopped answering my calls.
I regret hiring them completely.
Would give zero stars if possible.

They never returned my calls or emails.
Every update had to be chased down repeatedly.
The project timeline was constantly changing.
No clear explanations were ever given.
Completely unprofessional and frustrating.

This is being shared by Mitchell Mardis. There are some things that need to be addressed before the work was done. I am NOT a very nice person at times when it comes to dealing with contractors on the phone. Before I got ahold of Averon I was NO SHOWED by three companies, and I was not sent bids by two others that looked at the job. Mr. Turner with Averon contacted me and listened to my situation. Which was my Down syndrome son was about to get a play set for his birthday and we wanted a playground fence installed before it arrived. We have a pool in our backyard which we wanted him to be separated from while playing. Mr. Turner was calm the entire time while I was not the happiest fellow after what I had already been through for the day. He told me this is not what we really specialize in but can get done last minute and right. AND boy did they ever it is more than what we expected...
