Averon construction did an absolutely fabulous job. It was seamless from start to finish. Price was very reasonable and everything was up front, no hidden fees or add ons. Great crew with the siding demo and installation and another crew for the painting. Both crews were very meticulous with great attention to detail. Job site was cleaned and policed at the end of every day. The house, driveway and sidewalks were pressure washed prior to painting. The project foreman Glen was on site frequently checking the progress and quality of the work being done which was appreciated. However, neither crew needed much if any supervision as they were both self starters and very courteous and professional . Averon Construction owner Nathan was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended and would call Nathan for our next project.

I would recommend Averon without hesitation. Nathen and his team did an outstanding job for me. I had residue damage from Harvey. They replaced rotted French doors with windows and remediated some structural damage that was a result of Harvey flooding.
The carpenter and his crew did an excellent job. I appreciated that the workers were thoughtful and considerate of me and my home. They did an outstanding job maintaining a clean work space which I can’t tell you how important that was for me.
Glenn kept things running smoothly and timely, always on time and addressed any and all of my questions and concerns. I liked the kind way Glenn worked with the workmen.
Nathen, always the gentleman, couldn’t have been more pleasant. He was always timely in returning my calls and took seriously all of my questions.

I am So incredibly thankful by incident I called AVERON Construction. This company, Nathan in particular helped me with free advice for my complete home renovation up in Michigan. This man, listened to our predicament with our current contractors, and helped me find contractors near my home, with good reviews and advised me on his opinion of why our project has taken a year and half and still not completed. He spent so much time with me giving advice, going over our project in detail with our quote and having a 3 way conversation with my husband, helping us understand in his 42 years of experience piece together the problems were we’re encountering. I feel it was no mistake I accidentally called a Houston contractor, it was fate, and we are so grateful for the wisdom this man gave us, not ever even knowing us, simply because he cared.
