This is being shared by Mitchell Mardis. There are some things that need to be addressed before the work was done. I am NOT a very nice person at times when it comes to dealing with contractors on the phone. Before I got ahold of Averon I was NO SHOWED by three companies, and I was not sent bids by two others that looked at the job. Mr. Turner with Averon contacted me and listened to my situation. Which was my Down syndrome son was about to get a play set for his birthday and we wanted a playground fence installed before it arrived. We have a pool in our backyard which we wanted him to be separated from while playing. Mr. Turner was calm the entire time while I was not the happiest fellow after what I had already been through for the day. He told me this is not what we really specialize in but can get done last minute and right. AND boy did they ever it is more than what we expected...

I was looking for proposals for some work on the exterior and garage doors of my home. Nathan and the team were great to work with and provided me with an estimate quickly and thoroughly. All of my communications with the company were straightforward and very professional. I will definitely be contacting them again with my future construction projects. Thanks!

We just recently finished our first new Investment home with Averon. Although it did take a little longer than we had expected, no one can argue with the end results. We had a nightmare of a time getting the correct ordered windows from Anderson Windows.

Glen (our project manager) was always on our jobsite or just a phone call away. The subs were polite and hard working. Nathan was very knowledgeable and able to save us money along the way. We were slightly over budget, that was mainly due to us adding or changing our minds throughout the project.

The end synopsis is that we had a good experience with Averon Construction and are now looking for more property in which we can build another home. Thank you to the whole Averon crew.

My partner and I used Averon Construction to renovate our home in the Heights. Our previous contractor had begun the work without the proper permits and we were told to stop construction until we could provide the proper drawings. Our previous contractor stopped answering our calls after a couple of weeks...
Averon was able to take over the project and get the necessary permits to complete our project.

If not for Averon stepping in and completing our job I am not sure how we would of been able to get to the end. The blueprints and permitting process was a complete nightmare. I truly do not know how contractors deal with the city of Houston. The city permitting department kept moving the goal post, truly a ridiculous amount of time and money wasted dealing with the city.

Averon did an amazing job for me. I used them for framing activity. They demo’d and installed a load bearing beam to open up my kitchen and family room. They also framed an adjacent area / closet. I brought in a sheet rocker when Averon’s scope was finished. Glen was Averon’s project manager and was on site a good amount of time. I felt assured I had the right people from the beginning. I highly recommend Averon for a residential remodel / renovation project!!

Nathan and his crews are the best! Run, don't walk, to hire them. They're trustworthy, professional in their interactions, and the quality is fantastic! They've done so many things for me - completely renovating a mother-in-law apartment - including a kitchen and bathroom, reinforcing a garage with a new beam and adding accent rock siding, tiling the entire dining and living area, replacing tubs with beautiful glass and tile showers, and painting the exterior of the house. So glad I found them.

This is our 3rd job with Averon and they continue to impress with their professionalism, flexibility, and quality of work. I’ve used a few contractors trying to get my 1940s house into shape and where others disappointed me with their skill and work ethic, Averon stands out as stellar in that category. I really appreciate their eye to detail and when it comes to doing the job right the first time, I’m here to vouch that they mean business. They built a lovely outdoor patio along the back of my home and it’s so sturdy, I swear it’ll last for many years to come. They know what they’re doing.

The renovation to our home was extensive, however Nathan made us comfortable and kept us informed always.

The finished project is beyond our expectations.

We will definitely hire Averon for any future projects.
