DO NOT BUY!!! This is the only warranty that I have ever bought with a car purchase that only gives you 180 days to cancel warranty from the date you purchase the vehicle! I didn’t read the tiny print! This is quite clever for the warranty company though on a great way on how to rip people off because who reads the entirety of a warranty contract? The dealership we bought the car from sold shady cars so we traded it in. Makes sense that this warranty company did business with them.
Several BBB complaints also.

Was told by the dealer that if anytime before 5 years 100k miles I could get a partial refund on the contract. It was a lie. I called and the well trained and rehearsed operator knew she was going to say no as soon as I asked the question. I sold the car in November and had it for a year and a half. She said “according to your contract” the after 2 minutes of talking said unless it was declared totaled you can get a partial refund. I will attach a picture of the only contract I signed and have. It doesn’t say anything like that. Be careful out there and never buy a warranty through Autto!

Autto warranty has been amazing to work with. The dealer that I bought the car from went bankrupt and autto still warrantied what needed to be fixed on the car. I would definitely recommend autto for there services.

Not only did they facilitate the tow, but they also collaborated with the repair shop to expedite the fixing process. Consequently, she had her car restored to a working condition the very next day. I am incredibly grateful for Autto; their assistance alleviated my anxiety as I was en route to help her before making the call. Following the conversation, I could turn around and head back home with reassurance.

DO NOT BUY A SERVICE CONTRACT FROM THIS COMPANY. HUGE SCAM.
I cancelled my vehicle service contact within a week of purchasing the vehicle, they looked to see if it was cancelable, sent me the docusign and everything! I waited 6 weeks, made frequent calls, they told me my check was coming(which I was waiting for since I’m not even keeping the vehicle) and then all the sudden it can’t be cancelled and I’m not getting a refund at all. TERRIBLE COMPANY
