I recently bought a car from a branded vehicle dealership. The car had passed muster (blue star inspection passed with flying colors), and drove very well. Well,I had flown to Utah from Idaho to pick up the car and drive it back. On the way back, several problems came to light. The dealership was excellent to work with and ended up covering the deductible and the portions of the repair that the warranty did not.
There was some back and forth between the branded car dealership, the Honda service center near my home, and Autto. It has been a bit of a process, but Autto has done an excellent job working with me and the two other parties involved. I would likely get another extended service contract/warranty with autto if the need arises again.
