My transmission went out this warranty company is not going to cover anything time to blast how horrible of a company this auttoo place is scam I paid 4.000.00 $ for what??????¿

Iwanted to cancely service contract in the proper time period. My Dealerships was rude and tryin to stall, extremely unprofessional. I called AUTTO and spoke with Bryant. This gentleman was polite, professional. I was surprised at how helpful and courteous he was after just dealing with all the negative stuff from mlthe dealership. Great customer service, thank you again Bryant.

There are very few and specific things they cover. (Learning this lesson after the opposite was told to me by the salesman at Utah Motor Company in Spanish Fork) Outside of that you’re out of luck. They try to find a way not to pay for repairs rather than work to see if it’s in coverage for your benefit. Won’t be using either of them again for sure.

Autto was great, they were super easy to work with and made the reimbursement process a breeze

Autto has been a wonderful warranty company that has consistently assisted me in multiple repairs of my vehicle. Additionally, when one shop could not fix my vehicle; Auttos' head mechanic Dustin helped me move my vehicle to a shop which solved all the problems. Thank you Dustin for helping me the way you did!! Marissa with auto was able to get my repair taken care of and approved and I had only had my truck a month. She made sure the mechanic was replacing all of the parts not just the broken part. I appreciate these guys and would recommend their warranty to anyone! Saved me 3000$

Martin was great, and he even let me ramble on and answered every question polite and prompt.

Dustin was amazing to work with, he took care of the scenario I was in with me car !
I also spoke with Aaron and he was so patient with me and kept me updated on everything I needed to know ! I’m so glad my warranty was through them ! :)

DO NOT PURCHASE!!
Very poor experience. A large claim expected to be covered and they find a way to not cover it. Premium package was purchased with the additional technology package. Our cruise control has stopped working and should be covered, but claim denied. Huge waste of money.
