Best extended warranty experience!! Having worked in the warranty industry for an engine distributor for more than 2 decades I was hesitant to purchase one when buying a used truck. Due to the expense of these new vehicles I decided to do just that and am very glad I did!! The manner with which Autto's representatives worked with the shop and communicated with me was nothing short of exemplary. I knew what the coverage covered up front so there were not surprises. When I picked up my vehicle I was very happy the shop had already received payment from Autto for the covered portion of repairs. I could not be more satisfied with my first experience with Autto. Sent my truck through a shop with Autto. Had some difficulties with communication during the process. HOWEVER, Dustin, one of the directors of Autto, reached out after my initial review. We talked about what happened and where discrepancies may have originated. The fact that he called me personally, spoke volumes to the character of the company. The gesture was much appreciated, and will keep me working with Autto in the future.
