The fan on our A/C Unit stopped working leaving us concerned about the cost of repair/replacement. When I called the Office to make an appointment, Janet was GREAT!!! She assured me that Brandon would be calling to confirm I would be home later that day. I was AMAZED a Tech would actually arrive the same day ... & make necessary repairs! Brandon did exactly that!
