Just wanted to thank Arctic Air for the excellent work they did putting in my new Lennox a/c. From Brandon who sold me the unit, to Cody and Matt who installed it, was a very professional job. They answered all my questions and believe u me I had a bunch and explained everything in detail. I have read some reviews on the website downgrading this company which in my opinion is totally false, and I am not related to or work for Arctic Air. Thanks to LeAnn in the office for helping me to get my paperwork straightened on the extended warranty. I also had this company put in a new furnace last winter and had the same experience. Quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Thanks again everyone at Arctic Air and keep up the excellent work and service.
