We have purchased two heating/cooling systems from Arctic Air, and have them do the annual fall and spring tune-ups. Josh checked our AC system recently and was professional, efficient and personable. In addition to checking the unit and thermostat inside the house, he removed the outside condenser panels to spray down the coils and to check that the the electrical wiring was in good shape. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. My furnace fan was making a loud noise and I wanted it checked out. Brandon was dispatched, diagnosed the problem, left to pick up the replacement part, and returned within a few minutes. He had it installed a few minutes later. This all occurred within a couple of hours. I should add that Brandon had helped install a new air conditioner for me a couple of years earlier.
