When we needed to replace our heat pump and air handler, the guys from Arctic Air came out, evaluated the equipment, gave us choices, and then got our job finished VERY quickly. They were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and left our property clean. Excellent company to work with!!

We have used Arctic Air for years to come and tune up our furnace and air conditioning and have always had a good experience with them. This past week, they came to tune up our furnace and found a problem with the humidifier saddle valve. The tech requested that we would need to call for a service call to have it fixed which would be over $100. When I showed them paperwork of one of their techs who fixed it on our tune up call a couple of years ago for only $25, they wouldn't budge and said the tech shouldn't have done that. It's a service call repair, not a tune up repair. So, seeing the inconsistency led to a 4 star and not a 5 star review.

Cody and Josh tuned up the furnace and installed a new water heater for us today. They were prompt, personable and their professionalism was much appreciated.

Attic Air is a very friendly and personable company. They work hard to make service convenient for the customer. When our first AC went out on the hottest day of the year and we told them I had a medical condition and needed AC to breath better, they came out immediately to evaluate what was needed. When it was determined we needed a new system, they installed it the next day. Many years later when our AC died again and we called them, they came out the same day to evaluate and installed the new system the next day again. They care about their customers and thoroughly answer an questions. I would recommend them to others.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing Arctic Air for years; installations are swift, efficient and above all, done correctly and with care; service calls offer quick response and the techs are always spot-on with their diagnosis and fix. These folks are honest and friendly, a real oasis when you need them.

My air condintor went out the other night called artic air frist thing in the morning and by 9:30 am Brandon was here to help. And by 8pm i had a whole new unit installed. The gentlemen who installed it were very nice, efficient and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend this company to my friends. Thanks for the cool air.

My ac went out. They were at my home 2 hours after I called and had the brand new unit installed the same day. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. This is the second time I have used them and they are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.
