Our A/C unit failed on Father's Day weekend. I called many local companies (including some that do a lot of advertising) and Brandon from Arctic Air was the only person who called back. Not only that, but he came out that very day (a Sunday) to see if my unit could be serviced.

Unfortunately, the fan motor on our external unit had seized up. Brandon listened to my questions and clearly explained different options to address the problem. I appreciate that he did not try to sell or replace "more than I needed". I decided to go with a new efficient replacement system and Brandon set me up for an installation the following day.

I called Arctic Air last week because my air conditioner had stopped blowing cool air. I was very pleased from the person who answered my call to the technician that came to my home. My air conditioner was frozen up so the technician told me to turn it off and that he would return in a few hours as it had to defrost before he could diagnose the problem. He returned as he had promised and had the air conditioner repaired in no time! The technician was very kind and professional and the bill for service was very reasonable. My family and I moved to Gladstone Missouri about 7 months ago for work. We were from a small town in Iowa called Strawberry Point where everyone knew everybody and we all helped out with everyday needs. My wife and I purchased a little older home in Gladstone so we could get more bang for our buck so as you could imagine the furnace and air conditioner were just as old. I was thinking i would have to replace them but i came across Artic Air when i was driving down N Oak and decided to give them a call and what a great idea that was. They have been out two times and both times it was a young nice man named Brandon (2 different guys same name). I cant tell you enough how great they both were and how much money they saved me by just fixing what i already had.
