We have used Arctic Air for years to come and tune up our furnace and air conditioning and have always had a good experience with them. This past week, they came to tune up our furnace and found a problem with the humidifier saddle valve. The tech requested that we would need to call for a service call to have it fixed which would be over $100. When I showed them paperwork of one of their techs who fixed it on our tune up call a couple of years ago for only $25, they wouldn't budge and said the tech shouldn't have done that. It's a service call repair, not a tune up repair. So, seeing the inconsistency led to a 4 star and not a 5 star review. Read more >
