Friendly, prompt, efficient service and support. Called about 8:30am because our older, gas furnace stopped the evening before - would not ignite. They have worked on our A/C and furnace before. The lady that answered the phone was very nice, took my information / self diagnosis, and sent it to one of their technicians. Kirk, the technician, called about 30 minutes later and arrived about 30 minutes later. He checked the furnace, replaced the igniter, and had us working by 10am! We will be long-time customers. Kirk came and did the normal inspection and cleaning. I also had a new Thermostat put in and he programmed it and showed me how to control it. The part that really helped me was he also showed me dampers in the basement that I had no idea what was there. This helps control hot and cold air getting to the proper floors in winter and summer. I have lived in this house for a while and didn't even know they were there. He set them for Winter use for me but showed me where the levers were to adjust them myself. Thanks Kirk. Read more >
