Very professional, prompt, and thorough.

Brandon and Josh replaced my hot water heater, added an expansion tank, and an innovative in-line descaler (that requires NO maintenance!). Even though they had to shovel snow to get in and out, they had it all installed within the time estimated. And they were so meticulous that you couldn't tell they had emptied the old tank and moved it out!
My water feels "softer" already due to the descaler!

I needed a new air conditioner in 2010. I chose to have Arctic Air install new Lennox energy efficient air conditioner and heating units. I needed them to come out August 2, 2024 because I wasn't getting cool air. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen. Within 2 hours of calling I had a technician at my house and isolated the problem. He was professional and quick to find the problem.

I appreciated the technician explaining things to me and providing options during the process of having the furnace checked.

Could not possibly be better! I called at 9:30pm after the worst snow storm in recent memory, and they came out and fixed my furnace so pipes wouldn’t freeze! He was done and gone by 10:30! Quick, kind, efficient, dependable, I can’t think of enough good words to describe this business. It’s not just a one-time occurrence either. They came out and fixed my air conditioner last summer in the middle of August with the same professional competence and kindness. 👍👍👍👍👍
