Everyone at Arctic Air has been great. When we needed a new furnace they were very informative on how much BTU we'd need and which furnaces they have to service the most to try and avoid. Brandon in particular has been very helpful. They also came back out and helped me identify my dampers when the seasons changed to make sure we had heat where we needed it most!

Our furnace started acting up on one of the coldest nights of this winter. Brandon responded to a late night call to Artic Air. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered options on how to fix it. We decided to have the old furnace replaced. Cody and Josh were at our house the next morning to do the install. They worked quickly and efficiently. They caught a gas leak problem and quickly fixed that too. All three were knowledgeable & professional. I’d recommend them to anyone. We’ll use them again in the future.

I ended up not using their services as I was able to fix the issues on my end. However, they were amazingly professional from the moment I called to the end. Brandon was helpful over the phone, not pushy and insightful. I felt like I mattered as a person more so than a potential dollar. I hope I never have to use their service (haha) but if I do I'll give them a call first. I'll also recommend them to anyone near me who is needing their services.

The weather was cooling down, so was the heater in our home... It is exactly what you want the day before Thanksgiving, right?!😅
Nevertheless, company's installer Cody Wheat came out the same day we called. He went above and beyond to find the needed part the same day to complete the repair. We sincerely appreciated it!

Have been working with Artic Air for 20 plus years. They have always gone out of their way to be absolutely certain we were well taken care of. Our furnace started leaking water on Sep 29 which was a Sunday. We called and left a message that night. They called us early the next day and had a service person(Brandon) at our house by noon. He promptly unplugged the drain and showed me how to prevent future problems. I highly recommend them for all HVc needs!

Had a great experience with this company. Got an estimate on a Friday and had my new AC and furnace completely installed by early afternoon on Monday. Cody and Brandon were prompt and professional. They did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company.
