Have been working with Artic Air for 20 plus years. They have always gone out of their way to be absolutely certain we were well taken care of. Our furnace started leaking water on Sep 29 which was a Sunday. We called and left a message that night. They called us early the next day and had a service person(Brandon) at our house by noon. Our AC system finally quit at the end of July with no hope of repair, so I went about getting bids for a replacement. I talked to 4 companies and received a wide range of estimates, as well as ideas concerning what would be our best solution. Brandon with Arctic Air was able to identify a couple of problems with our existing AC setup right away. (I had no idea.) In the end, we went with Arctic Air because we got the most value for the price, and everyone involved (Brandon and Cody) were great to work with. They installed a new, high-efficiency AC unit, a new humidifier, and improved the volume of airflow by uninstalling the existing furnace and reinstalling it on a box.
