Our air conditioner stopped working properly on Tuesday night at around 7pm. Brandon called at 9:15 said we are on his way home and he would stop to service ac. I just had my second HVAC system install done by Arctic air. The first one was 20 years ago. This second install was done June 19th 2020, just 3 days after we called about a failing old unit on a home we had just purchased. An all electric heat pump installation, something very different for us as the rural home has all electric appliances. Brandon the technician explained everything in layman's terms. We got a high efficiency Lennox unit and couldn't be happier! Today when the heat index was 95° with high humidity the air conditioning has only run 3 hours and 12 minutes as of 7 p.m! I know this because of the "sen|si" smart thermostat that comes with the system. You can adjust and monitor the whole system from your phone anywhere.
