The tech was great...same tech who has worked on my unit over the years...

I can’t recommend Artic Air enough! We’ve used them for 3 years and they’ve performed basic maintenance and major repairs like a motherboard replacement for us. Brandon is the main reason we’ve had such a great experience with Artic Air. He’s extremely knowledgeable, proficient in his craft and fun to talk to. Excellent company.

Routine maintenance was done. Tech was very thorough and found clog in my humidifier hose.

My furnace was not keeping the house warm. I called late on Sunday night and a technician was here early the next morning. Parts had to be ordered. As soon as the parts arrived Brandon called and said he could come by earlier than scheduled. He installed the new parts and the furnace is working fine. Very happy with Arctic Air.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always been happy with the service they provide. They are consistently on time , efficient and pleasant.

I appreciate the reminder call or texts for service check ups. Brandon is a no nonsense guy and I like his thoroughness.

Received sameday service and tech even had to leave to pickup a new part for the furnace. Wonderful to have a warm house again! Great service!
