We've used Artic twice now and they knock it out of the park each time. We had our HVAC go out three days after Xmas and and was able to text them and Brandon was out early the next day. Able to handle all methods of communication; texting, emailing, calling, they care and they want to help.

We have used Arctic Air 3 times now for non-related issues and we keep coming back because they are the BEST! Never a hassle, same day service, always knowledgeable, and they keep working to find the problem, no jerking you around or just saying “buy a new one.” We’ve had 2 different service people and they were both great. As a female, I often get the repair guys who act like I would never understand what they are talking about and trying to overcharge. With Rick, he made sure I understood what he was doing, what was needed, and what he would be charging for exactly. He worked around my schedule to come at a time that best worked for me and he even FOLLOWED up to make sure everything was working ok. He definitely made me feel like he really cares about his customers and trying to give them the best services and outcomes possible!

Had the best experience with Arctic Air. They not only quickly came out on one of the coldest days of the year, but expedited the entire process to get our heat up and running and then our old unit replaced as quickly as possible. They were able to troubleshoot everything and explain all the issues thoroughly. The price to replace was fair and customer service top notch. AC went out late last Wednesday. Brandon came out the following morning. Our 25 year old unit had finally bit the dust. Brandon provided excellent customer service and took ample time to discuss in full what our options were. We decided to do a full system replacement, including furnace and humidifier.
