My furnace went out on Christmas morning. They were one of only a few local businesses that were open. I called them because another company had come out and said it was a control board but they didn’t have one and the distribution center wasn’t open. I started calling other companies looking for the part. Arctic Air worked with me via phone calls and texts throughout the day looking to understand my issue and get more information. He arrived and said he wanted to diagnose it himself. Sure enough, it was another part that needed replacing, a much much cheaper part. He had the part with him, swapped it out, tested and on his way in about 30 mins. Gave me enough time to get back to the family on Christmas day.

Brandon from Arctic Air has always done such a great job every time that he comes. I know that he does reliable work and he will always be honest with you. I would recommend Artic Air to everyone.

Brandon was amazing! My heat stopped working and was 47 degrees in the house. He stopped by, in between appointments, knew exactly what to do and within 5 minutes, it was fixed!

Brandon is fantastic and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He stands behind his work and only wants what is best for the customer. We needed a new heat pump system and he kept us from making a very expensive mistake. On 12/282022 a competitor was trying to sell us a 14 SEER unit that the government is no longer allowing to be sold as of Jan 1, 2023. Arctic Air was able to get us a 17 SEER unit for less than what the competitor was charging. Thank you Arctic Air for being ethical and caring about your customers!
