We just purchased a home in Feb, and wanted to have our heating and A/C checked. Josh was nice, informative, and knowledgeabl. He was able to answer all of the questions I had, and serviced both A/C and furnace.i would def recommend!

Living out of town during KC winters is great but coming home on a weekend with no heat is a disaster. Who do you call? You call Arctic! The HVAC tech responded to dispatch request within 20 minutes, arrived within an hour and quickly diagnosed and repaired the furnace. Service exactly as you expect!

Brandon showed up the same day I called and had my furnace running in no time. He took the time to explain what had happened and why, so that I could be on the lookout for it next time. As a woman, this is not a luxury we are often afforded. I highly recommend the company and Brandon and will use them again in the future.
