My furnace was not keeping the house warm. I called late on Sunday night and a technician was here early the next morning. Parts had to be ordered. My heat is back up and running! Brandon was so nice and I truly can’t believe how quickly he got the part I needed ordered and installed. I called them Saturday morning after my heater would not turn on, and he came out the very same day. By Monday early afternoon my furnace was back in business. Literally the BEST company around! Recommend them to everyone! They not only answer quick…but come immediately and fix what needs to be fixed. They don’t up-charge, only fix what needs to be fixed, and prices are cheaper than everyone else. We actually went though them on our own after our warranty company kept trying to send people who wouldn’t set appointments and when they finally sent a company that answers their calls…tried to say a ridiculous amount of things needed to be fixed…most the warranty wouldn’t cover. After calling Artic air heating and cooling we found out our issue was not a big deal at all and got fixed that day for about as much as I paid my warrant just to have someone come out… Read more >

We are very appreciative of Brandon who worked late in the day to install the new blower for our furnace. The original unit stopped working early in the day, and he first came to our house and found out that the motor needed replacement. All the parts had to be ordered and we were anticipating a cold evening without heat, but we received the call at 7:05pm that Brandon was on the way to complete the job.
