12/2022, we returned from a trip and our house was freezing cold. Turning up the thermostat didn't help so we called Artic Air (Gladstone). Turns out the plastic shield inside the furnace cracked wasn't regulating air. It took about a week to get parts in and fix the problem, but Artic Air diagnosed the problem, the cost was average, and it's keeping our 10 yr old furnace running a bit longer! My furnace went out on Christmas morning. They were one of only a few local businesses that were open. I called them because another company had come out and said it was a control board but they didn’t have one and the distribution center wasn’t open. I started calling other companies looking for the part. Arctic Air worked with me via phone calls and texts throughout the day looking to understand my issue and get more information. He arrived and said he wanted to diagnose it himself. Sure enough, it was another part that needed replacing, a much much cheaper part.
