It started with Janet who sets up the appointments for the Gladstone MO office, she is very professional, accomodating and friendly. I think Rob was the name of the HVAC Mechanic that was sent to my home. He was fantastic. I do all maintenance and repairs to my home and autos, except HVAC, so I can be a pain with my questions. Rob answered EVERY question I had and gave me very detailed explanations of my HVAC system.
ARCTIC AIR will be my go to company from now on.

Installation of HVAC, hot water heater and humidifier in 2019. Polite, professional and prompt service at installation and at Fall and Spring check ups. Very happy with Artic Air and highly recommend.

Needed to replace our old AC. They were able to schedule us quickly, and was out the day after we called. They leveled the pad the condenser was on, quickly got the old unit out, installed the new one, and it works great. Highly recommend them if you need HVAC work done!
