I’ve been using this company for 15 years. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t imagine a better hvac and water heater installer.

I love Arctic Air Heating & Cooling Co because they were able to fit us into the schedule the same day we called. The service man was able to quickly fix our problem and gave us instructions to help us keep our system running properly.

Brandon was my service tech and contacted him about my blower motor. He contacted me within 15-20 mins of my initial call. Had me send some pictures and told me what I had assumed. He came by the next morning double checked all he needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful with any question. Again thank you Brandon for keeping my home cold!!!

The technician has been wonderful. He’s kind, courteous, and respectful. He was out for 8-10 hours one week to help us figure out what our problem was and fix it. We would recommended him to anyone!
