I have used Arctic Air for my heating and cooling needs for a number of years. A different company, that I used for 20+ years, sent a sales person with the repair man without advising me. That was their last visit. My son recommended Arctic Air. They came and addressed the issue. They have always treated me fairly and respectfully. I highly recommend Arctic Air.

Artic Air is great to do business with, they installed my last two furnaces and central airs, my last one lasted 26 years, they were fast and met all my expectations, and there prices were in line(reasonable) other companies weren’t. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement or upgrades.

I called Arctic Air when my furnace stopped working. Within 45 minutes, a tech arrived and accessed my situation. He explained my options and I decided to replace my old unit and scheduled the replacement for the next morning. The installer arrived on-time and the job was completed without any problems - done right the first time! The unit is quiet and the efficiency is such that I am able to comfortably lower my thermostat by 3 degrees. The 2 service techs that I dealt with were polite, very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain the features of my new furnace. I would highly recommend Arctic Air for your heating and cooling needs.
