The team from Artic Air, including Ray and Brandon are fantastic and I can't recommend them high enough! We had a maintenance membership with a different vendor that informed us we needed to replace our HVAC system during our recent summer checkup. Because the price to replace the system was so extremely expensive, even with our 10% discount, I checked around to get a couple more quotes. I had 3 different companies come out and Ray was the only one who took the time to explain why our current system most likely went out, how he would recommend preventing it from happening again, and what each level of system offered and why they were different. Since this is our 3rd unit in 17 years, and these units are VERY expensive, I was appreciative to have the information and wish I would have found him when we replaced our unit the last time. Having new retaining wall installed. Needed to disconnect ac unit and move the unit and reinstall unit and recharge unit as needed. Both technicians performed the work taking care with the removal and reinstalling the unit. Worked on our schedule to complete the work so the ac was working when the temperatures were increasing. Arctic Air is the same company we purchased the furnace & ac unit in 2009. Arctic Air has provided furnace and ac maintenance on a yearly basic.

We have used Arctic Air for our heating and cooling for almost 40 years. In the past week our spring maintenance was provided, and today we had a new water heater installed. The process was, as usual, seamless: from the first call for scheduling, to the prompt arrival of the technicians, to the quality of the job performed. These people are friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. The technicians take great care in protecting flooring where they are working, and in removing all trash. We highly recommend Arctic Air!!
