Our experience with Arctic Air has been great and we highly recommend them! Not only were they the most reasonably priced, they did excellent work on the install. Further, Brandon responded very quickly when we had a follow-up issue and helped us resolve it.

Technician arrived as scheduled. Very friendly and quickly identified the problem. Installed the part that had failed. Checked unit outside and inside to make sure everything was working as it should. Took the time to run AC thru a few cycles just to see that it was working properly. I was satisfied with the cost of repair as it seemed fair for the work done.

Brandon was very responsive and when he was unavailable due to personal matters, he quickly coordinated his partner to take on the job promptly. Cody was punctual, personable and professional. Very pleased with the quality of work. He was neat and orderly with the repair. He cleaned up his work area during and after the task was complete. The payment process was quick as well. Very nice work and will definitely us this company

Excellent work done in a very timely fashion. Replaced our air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater in one day just before a heat wave. We are extremely satisfied with the work.

A/C fan went out when it was 95 degrees outside. Arctic Air came out that day and was able to fix the issue right away. Cody’s customer service was excellent and he took the time to check and clean the other components without any extra charge!

My elderly parents were without air conditioning in 100 degree weather.

From the minute I knew our old ac was finally done to Brandon coming out and patching us up(we used Artic Air before), I had no doubt we would get good service. We decided to go ahead and get our new ac and furnace mainly because of how Brandon went above and beyond to keep us cool until the new unit could be installed. Fred installed our new unit on the hottest day of the year! He was very polite and worked very hard so our house would not get too warm. Some minor adjustments were needed and were made very quickly. Our home is very cool and comfortable and I dont have to worry about that old unit needing repair anymore. I would recommend Artic Air to anyone. They do a great job fast and dont charge more than they should. Ask for Brandon, he is the best! If getting an install ask for Fred. Both are great!

Condenser fan broke down over night and Brandon was able to come out within a couple hours. He had it up an running in less than 30 minutes (blown starter).

Friendly and fast! Would recommend to anyone.
