From the minute I knew our old ac was finally done to Brandon coming out and patching us up(we used Artic Air before), I had no doubt we would get good service. We decided to go ahead and get our new ac and furnace mainly because of how Brandon went above and beyond to keep us cool until the new unit could be installed. Fred installed our new unit on the hottest day of the year! He was very polite and worked very hard so our house would not get too warm. Some minor adjustments were needed and were made very quickly. Our home is very cool and comfortable and I dont have to worry about that old unit needing repair anymore. I would recommend Artic Air to anyone. They do a great job fast and dont charge more than they should. Ask for Brandon, he is the best! If getting an install ask for Fred. Both are great!

We were able to get an appointment for the following morning after our AC stopped blowing cold air during a heat dome. The technician was on time, called ahead, and was professional and courteous.

I have been a customer of Artic Air for 15 -20 years. This is one of the most honest, responsive , cooperative and friendliest companies Ive ever worked with.

Some years ago my furnace went out, Brandon was out the next day assessed the situation and determined that it needed to be replaced, it was over 15 years old. Cody installed a new furnace the next day and with no issues.

Recently, I came home to find my air conditioner was not working. Brandon was out the day I called. Again he assessed the situation and after 24 years the old girl was done. Brandon was out the next day and had a new AC installed. And that is after he replaced parts 5 years ago to keep it in working order vs suggesting it needed to be replaced.
