Very pleased with Arctic Air heating and cooling thus far. The team is punctual, informative, and easy to schedule.

We have their maintenance plan so they come out twice a year to check our a/c and furnace. We have an older unit and they let us know it is still working well and don’t try to push buying a newer unit like another local company did to us when it is not needed right now. We appreciate their honesty and integrity.

We have used Arctic Air for our semi-annual checkup on our furnace and A/C for almost 10 years and could not be more pleased with the service and results. Staff are always prompt and thorough, and offer valuable suggestions.

Service was fine. Huge markup on filters though.
