Ray and his staff are Angels on Earth. When my fiance became disabled and we were met with very high unexpected monthly medical expenses, they were very understanding when it came to our rent being late. I hate to pay anyone late but they are amazing. I have never received a three day notice, eviction notice or threatening phone call. Life became very stressful because he doesnt have insurance. We now have to pay for home oxygen tanks, medications, and now, we are waiting on his lung transplant. Ray and Melissa have prayed for us, been understanding of our late payments, and very encouraging. We have been renting from them for three years.
