Melissa is great! Very available for questions and doing everything. (The stars are for her) The property manager, very nice guy, but does not follow through with his word. I thought a "veteran owned" business I would never have this issue. I have been lied to for months about the pool that came with my home. Refusing to fix the septic tank and making me do everything to fix it. So to save someone from thinking this is what you would expect it to be, let me save you the time. DONT.
