We moved into a home knowing it needed foundation work. It has taken 3 month to get it all complete! Thankfully because of Anchors knowledge and thorough investigation, they found multiple plumbing issues. It took 3 months to get insurance and investigative plumbers to see the whole story. Anchor took days to tediously dig all the way under our house. The plumbing work was done and Anchor came back and put ALL the dirt back. It took time and a lot of patience to get everything complete but we KNOW it was done well! The crew that worked on our house was very respectful of our property. They were always courteous and professional with everything! Everyday the crew worked, we were given an update on what was accomplished and what still needed to be completed. This is a GREAT company to have around our house for so long!!!

I contacted Craig Tripp with Anchor Foundation for help on an old farmhouse that was moved to Burton many years ago and put on a beam and block foundation. We purchased the house seven years ago and since then it had experienced a lot of movement and needed to be releveled. Craig showed up on-time for our appointment and made recommendations he felt would improve the levelness of the house as well as improve the "feel" of the house by adding more support beams and joists. This would redistribute the load to the foundation system and eliminate some of the bounce that was obvious in the floors. The Anchor Foundation Repair team showed up on the first day and spent a lot of time sizing up the project and laid out a solid plan before doing anything else. They asked several questions and learned my concerns, especially about conserving many of the recent improvements I made to the house. Once the team started work, things went seamlessly. The team took great care of my property and were attentive to keeping the worksite clean each day.

The best part of the project were the results. Within 3 days, the team was able to level a 2,800 sq ft two story 100+ year old house. Their work adjusted door frames and returned almost all of the functionality that has deteriorated over the years.

I got what I considered a fair estimate, we only waited a short time for the job to actually be scheduled, the crew showed up at the time and date specified and the work was done properly and in a timely manner. The house is actually more level now than when it was first built. Craig and the crew were polite, knowledgeable and expeditious and we felt very well served indeed. No excuses, screw-ups or BS. We would not hesitate to use this company again.
