My jet pump would not prime after a power outage. We had no water and with server Al dogs and. 4 year old we need water immediately. Amber came out right away, they first had to locate my well, I will never understand why people would burry a well but they got us water and better water pressure right away. Excellent experience! Very professional, prompt and competitive. They are one of the only few that actually called back and came on-site and gave us a professional quote. The two gentlemen that drilled the well were polite and very knowledgeable. The job site was clean and within a few hours I had a well drilled. Very professional team and Jim was super in explaining the process and very helpful all the way around. I'd certainly recommend their services. Unfortunately for us the cleaning and baling services performed didn't improve the well's water flow.
