We would like to thank Amber Well for a quick response to our well problem. It was determined that we had a casing failure that allowed sand to enter our system. We needed a new well. The crew for Amber Well; Jay, Bob, Craig and Dan were extremely professional during every phase of this operation. They walked me thru the process and answered my many questions. I was put at ease knowing that this well was drilled and constructed right. Its not inexpensive by any means, however, we are confident the well is true and Amber Well will be there for us if needed. This company is amazing, above and beyond service. They helped us after hours, when we had no water. I called and got their answering service, but got a quick call back from Jay and then a crew was sent out. Within 3 hours we had a new pump and running water!
