Overall I thought the product, price, and service for Amber was very good. My only complaint was that after the install, the RO made a near-continuous gurgling sound every time we (or the ice maker) used it. This is my 5th home with an RO and I’ve never had gurgling noises associated with the RO. I called the office and a gentleman (manager?) tried to tell me it was normal. I told him that wasn’t my experience, and I wanted someone to come look at it. When the technician showed up, he did indeed stop the gurgling sound permanently. Read more >
