Very satisfied with the work done by the Amber Water Pros team Recent work involved evaluating my well and replacing a defective submersible pump. Amber determined that my low yield well was the cause of the pump failure so they acquired and installed a Well Manager™ storage system for me. Their flexibility to go with my recommendation, their dedication and communication throughout the project are very much appreciated! They even arranged to have the manufacturer representative on site for the install.

I wanted to reach out and let the Amber leadership team know what a great team they have!

I had a issue with a frozen switch that was put in 7 months ago. Amy Williams was not only very responsive but was able to get her team over to our house the next morning due to the fact we didn't have any water and my wife was watching toddlers.

It was a busy day for you guys, with the cold weather understandably so. Amy really made us feel like we were a priority and her field team got the situation remedied in record time. I usually don't write letters like this but my wife and I felt driven after our experience with Amy and her Amber team. Give her a Christmas ham for goodness sake !!!

Office personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. They responded quickly to any concerns we had. We did have a few issues with the initial electrical hookup and placement of the in well pump. Once those issues were addressed we have had no further problems.
