We had what looked like a water damage, but upon close inspection by Victor Z, he confirmed that it was simply a shadow from the window blinds. Our little one left the tub on in our master bath and flooded our bathroom and the room below in the basement. All Pro was quick to respond, got everything dried out and demo’d to prepare for reconstruction. They answered all of our questions and were super helpful.

I came home from work and found that the drain valve on my water heater had failed during the day and drained the entirety of my water heater into the main level of my home. I called All Pro Restoration and they had a crew in my home within an hour and a half. Abraham and Israel (the crew that came to my home) were professional and courteous and had their equipment set before it was time to put our little ones to bed. The response was so prompt they managed to save my 80 year old hardwood floors that were completely underwater when I got home. Mike (their customer relations manager) communicated with me clearly every day on when return trips would be made. In a world where it's getting harder and harder to get quality customer service All Pro absolutely delivered. Can't recommend these guys enough.
