All Pro Restoration

I have had two occurrences this year where water has found its way into my basement. From the office staff to the workers who came over, they were a fantastic company to work with. And they handled everything from clean up to coming over to pick up the payments. They made everything so simple. And they took special care of my granddaughters stuffed animals. I strongly recommend this company for your restoration needs.

I was upset when the water damage occurred at my house. Didn't believe there was an issue, and wasn't happy with the work and repair which was required. Anthony took the time to meet with me, and walke me through the process. The crew was quick and professional. And the office helped be sure the insurance and billing was dealt with. Victor didi a great job getting here quickly and locating the leak, which was behind dry wall. Wet Drywall and Insulation was removed as well, and fans were set up. He followed up 2 days later to check for moisture and remove the fans. Thanks Victor for your help.

You never expect to have a pipe break in your basement while you are gone. You never expect to have the floor drain fail and 30-40 inches of water accumulate in your basement. That was our situation when we called Jon and Jessica from All Pro Restoration. They arrived the same day and began to mitigate the situation. it took hours using multiple pumps to drain the basement. We then discovered that the tile flooring installed in 1979 was made of asbestos material. It now had to be removed. All Pro Restoration took care of everything. I can't thank them enough for the job they did. I hope you never need their services, but if you do, you would be well advised to call All Pro Restoration. They will do a great job for you and your family.
