All Pro Restoration

This is our second time having water damage in a home. We used a different company before and were not happy with the service, timeliness, and final product of their work. So this time, we went with All Pro Restoration and we couldn't be happier! Victor and Dale were wonderful! They were conscience, hardworking, honest and went above and beyond to help us manage a project that included both the inside and outside of our home in the middle of winter. The office staff was friendly and detailed and helped make this process painless. These guys were great! Our basement flooded on New Years Day, which was not the start to the year that we were hoping for. Once the HVAC/plumbing company fixed the issue, they sent out All Pro to handle the mitigation. Chris came out the first day to determine the extent of the damage and set up the drying equipment. He was, by far, the bright spot in a day full of plumbers, HVAC people, and other random workers. The next day Abraham and his assistant handled the demolition - tearing up flooring and cutting out drywall. They worked really hard and were very pleasant people. They did a great job and even brought some humor to an otherwise unpleasant situation. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up, which I greatly appreciated. We had sewage backup due to bad plumbing and All Pro Restoration came to the rescue! I highly recommend this company. I made the call to Kami in the office and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. By the end of our conversation she had someone scheduled by the end of the day. The crew (Abraham and Chris)arrived close to the time scheduled, however they knew they would be delayed due to another emergency and gave me the heads up an hour in advance.
