What's the price of peace of mind for my elderly parents--priceless. A HUGE thank you to Jessica at All Pro Restoration. Even though they do not service the Colorado Springs area, Jessica spent a lot of time to consult with me and even created a plan of action to address the water issue in my parent's crawl space. I was so frightened that my elderly parents would be taken advantage of--they were already given recommendations that Jessica said were not necessary and would have been very costly. She recommended a company in the Springs that share the same integrity and principles as All Pro Restoration. Thank you very much, your expertise and professionalism are invaluable.

All Pro was efficient, conscientious and hard working in mitigating our basement water damage. Although it was not obvious who was the team leader, Steven Lucas seemed to function in that role and closed the 3 day operation with clear summary and explanation of next steps by All Pro. Victor Zapata deserves special mention as the most industrious, thorough, and congenial of the five team members.

Everyone from the first call early on a Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend. They came out first thing assessed the damage and explained what needed to be done right away. They worked quickly and kept us informed the entire time. Everyone was polite, helpful and sympathetic. I would definitely recommend All Pro and if we ever have a flood again they’ll be called.

I was in a panic, looking at three inches of standing water in my window well and seeing dampness spread on the basement wall and floor. I found All Pro on Tom Martino's referral list. They came to my house 2 hours later, helped me figure out the next steps (call HOA!), and then proceeded to remove the damp insulation. Victor Zapata and Tom attached a plastic tarp outside to cover the window well (as much rain was expected over the next 2 days), so as to avoid an eventual flooding of the basement (event which did happen 2 yrs ago). They were courteous and so helpful. They talked to the owner, and would not accept any financial compensation...wow.

We had a sewer back up and All Pro was here very quickly on a Saturday morning. From the minute I met Abraham I knew he was outstanding, not only did he calm me down by telling me it would all be ok soon and explaining everything that would take place, he was kind and professional. The entire crew, Anthony and Steven are the best! Extremely professional and they know their stuff! Thank you All Pro!

I used All Pro for water mitigation after flooding that went through two floors. They were very thorough and explained everything they did and why the entire time. Abraham and Steve were also very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Two years in a row, unfortunately, we have had some flooding in our basement. A big pain and a big inconvenience. Luckily, All Pro Restoration was there to assist in both cases. They are friendly, work hard, and keep you informed of their progress. They also work around your schedule. Their colleagues at the shop are friendly, as well, and very helpful in setting up dates and times for the work to take place.
