Victor with All Pro provided excellent customer service and was constantly available to answer my questions and to adjust estimates according to changing circumstances and different aspects of the project.

Even though we didn’t end up hiring All Pro for different reasons, I would have been very pleased to hire them, especially to have worked with Victor who was so very reliable, helpful, knowledgeable and constantly willing to assist.

They did good work mitigating the flooded areas in the basement. However since restoration is in the company name, I expected them to complete the restoration. They said they "do not do that.
