My experience was quite good. Timeline was as described, 1-3 weeks. The communication was pretty good. The day of install was fast and as far as I can tell performed flawlessly. I gave 4 stars as the initial assessment and information was very good. The work (new roof) was installed well. I am happy with it. I found their communication was really poor however once the job started. While I had asked for a few days advance notice (which they put in their notes) no communication was provided when the shingles were delivered. A text message was provided the night before the main job which I thought was poor advance notice. When I questioned them about this I was told to quit with the attitude (thanks Corey).
