This was my first roof, and Carter explained everything to me in detail before I made the purchase. He was really a pleasure to deal with. The roof was completed yesterday, and we are very happy with it.

The service was top notch from start to finish. When the salesperson informed me of the status of the shingles on our roof, I was surprised until I saw it for myself. They definitely needed to be replaced.

Everyone I contacted was efficient, helpful and polite. The responses were fast and on time. Besides the good work done, an inspector came over to ensure the work was done properly afterwards. I felt much better with this additional step.
